Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Evolution and go to contacts component.
2. Add multiple contacts in local folder->contacts, say 10 contacts.
3. Move focus onto one contact.
4. Adjust the size of the window to make the srcollbar visible.
5. Browse these contacts with keyboard arrow.

Expected result:
Window should follow the focused contact to display the current selected contact.

Actual result:
The window will not move, user may not see the current selected contact when
user browses contacts with keyboard.
