Unlike Epiphany (and Firefox, and Gnumeric), Control-PageDown and Control-PageUp
does not move between multiple tabs.

unfortunately ctrl+pgdown is one of the standard accels for the TextView (it
moves the curso at the end of the next line).

ctrl+alt+pgdown/pgup allows to move between the tabs.
