Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Send a meeting request from 'user1' to 'user2'
2. after 'user2' accepts the meeting, deletes the meeting in 'originators'
calendar.
3. When 'attendee' updates the 'Cancel' mail, appointments should get
deleted in attandee's calendar.
4. But only one instance of recurring meeting is getting deleted, rest
remain as it is
