Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Send  a recurring appointment from OWA from id 'thanika' to 'pnayak'
2. Sends mail to thanika, one mail in 'Inbox' and same in 'Deleted Items'

The bug actually is that, the organizer's "deleted items" folder has a
copy of the meeting invitation sent. This might not be a connector
bug, but rather a bug in OWA. Connector merely shows the list of mails
in each folder.
