Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Attach any file to a meeting and then send it to some user B
2. User B cannot accept that meeting, in mail sent as meeting request has
'Invalid calendar item' message as shown in attachment

Any meeting request without attachment also has message 'Item in the
calendar is invalid'. I am testing on SUSE 9.3

Although the patch has been committed, this bug still occurs for evolution-2.2.3
(Gentoo evolution-2.2.3-r3)
