1. When updates are sent for recurrence meeting in 'Personal' four options
come up This instance, This and prior instance, This and future instance
and 'All instance 
2. In case of connector only 2 options comes up 'This instance' and 'All
instance

I believe this is intentional, and possibly caused by exchange backend
limitations.

i don't see any ui mentioned in the bug in evolution

It was disabled just before 2.2.0 because of display issues, Harish
has details.

Needs to be regressed in 2.3 once this UI is put in place again.
