Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Uncheck web calander folder from offline support switch to offline,
contents of calender are still readable. Restart evolution
2. Even then contnst of web calender are available.
3. if a folder is not selected for offline support i beleive contents of
that folder should not be available for read or write

Still in 3.2.3, but I don't see a good reason to fix this convenience (except maybe for outdated data displayed that's not recognizable as outdated?).

We cache what we download.  This isn't a bug.
