Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you

Description of Problem:
When i click on Custom notification window it is poping up behind the
Folder Properties window.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a Shared Folder
2. Go to properties in that Sharing tab
3. Click on Custom notification button

Actual Results:
The custom notification window is not the top most window when poped up

Expected Results:
It should be on top of all windows when poped up

How often does this happen?

(been triaging the remaining bugs targetted to 2.2)
reassigning the last six bugs which need to be retested to poornima (i myself cannot test them because i don't have a "company setup" here).

This bug is reproducible in evolution 2.6.2 also.

Marking this as a duplicate because the other one has a patch, which is included in Evolution 2.22.1.
