Description Martin Kyrc 2005-02-22 18:35:18 UTC
Description of Problem (Whishlist):

I use in MS Outlook 'labels' (coloured
appointments), but in evolution I can't it. It's
possible add this 'feature' in next evolution
(ximian-connector) version?
I use evolution2 from debian testing/unstable
distribution.

thanks

I guess it's the very similar as categories, or at least evolution calls it categories, and the bug about coloring by categories is bug #308815 , where, unfortunately, had been decided to remove colors for categories. It's as close to that bag as I understand it, thus marking as a duplicate.

Shouldn't the other bug then be reopened? It is still marked as "solved".
Comment 3 Milan Crha 2009-10-13 15:10:27 UTC
Maybe. The thing is that any other solution had been rejected in time of the solving of the other bug, and only the "remove colors for categories" had been accepted as a solution. Even I would like to see colors for categories back, I'm not the one making decisions here.
