Description of Problem:

Dragging the main toolbar so that it docks with the top of the screen it
becomes impossible to undock it again.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Grab toolbar at handle on left
2. Move to top of screen (outside evolution)
3. Toolbar Docks with top of screen
4. Grab toolbar at handle on left
5. Try to drag back onto evo

Actual Results:

Nothing, toolbar refuses to budge

Expected Results:

Toolbar moves back into evo where it docks at it's old place.

How often does this happen? 

Everytime.

Additional Information:

Can reset toolbar by quitting evo and restarting it.
