After configuring an Exchange account, the user's personal Exchange
Calendar should be automatically selected so the first time they go into
the Calendar component or Task component their Exchange cal and tasks are
visible. 

Likewise if an account is Enabled, the default calendar and tasks folder
should get selected upon first selection of the component.
