Description of Problem:

in my Gnome Environment I've setup "Verdana 8" as default font for
applications, than while I opening new mail, edit font is... to small -
there is no option to setup it.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set as default application font 'Verdana 8' or another small font
2. Start new mail in 'plain text' style
3. Wirte text

Actual Results:

The font is small, to small.

Expected Results:

Option for set default font-size for editor in plain text mode

How often does this happen?

alwasy :)

Additional Information:

In 'plain text' mode font is 8px, but when switch to 'html' mode, font
rise to 10px :) wired ;)


Setting qa contact to the default for this product.
   This bug either had no qa contact or an invalid one.
