Description Paul Blazejowski 2004-12-23 07:51:06 UTC
Description of Problem:

Evolution 2.0.3 does not seem to respect DIGEST-MD5 auth type setting
Tools -> Settings -> Mail Accounts -> Receiving Mail, instead it reverts to
Password.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Go to Tools -> Settings -> Mail Accounts -> Receiving Mail click on
Check for supported types then select DIGEST-MD5 as Authentication Type and
click OK.

Actual Results:

Repeat the above steps, Authentication Type is reverted to Password

Expected Results:

Authentication Type filed should display DIGEST-MD5

How often does this happen?

Everytime

Additional Information:

None of this was happening under Evolution 2.0.2 release. It worked as
expected.
