still valid in evolution-2.2.0.0.200503210410-0.snap.ximian.10.1,
retargetting to 2.2.x.

it does not matter if one chooses to sort by "file as" or something
else, the value won't be taken and shown in the main "define views for
address book" window - "group by" and "shown fields" work btw.
