when evo is in the tasklist view, the tasklist seems to get refreshed every
couple of seconds. This steals focus from the currently selected/active task
and happens even when one is currently entering/editing a new/old task and
even when about to select open from the menu which appears by right mouse
clicking on a task.

evo should

1. not flicker at all
2. not kill the focus
