Description of Problem:
When I tell it to display my week starting on Sunday, it displays the
week starting on Saturday.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.   Change calendar settings to start week on Sunday.
2.   Click View Week (or the Week button)
3.   Also affects print in Print Preview

Actual Results:
Week shown begins on Saturday.

Expected Results:
Week shown to begin on Sunday.

How often does this happen?
Every Time.

Additional Information:
Displays week correctly when first day set to Saturday, Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.
