Assigned Birthdays in an Addressbook on a ldap server are not displayed in
the Calendar. Contacts in the Personal Addressbook (under "On this
computer") are displayed.

(been triaging the remaining bugs targetted to 2.3)
reassigning the last eleven bugs which need to be retested to poornima (i myself
cannot test them because i don't have a "company setup" here).

This bug is still applicable now, it displays only from personla contacts.
