Description Diego González 2004-09-21 20:13:46 UTC
I have a LDAP server that uses GSSAPI authentication, evolution addressbook
can't connect to this server.

(i don't know who is to blame evolution or evolution-data-server)
Comment 1 André Klapper 2005-09-28 11:55:07 UTC
retargetting from 1.1 to 1.5 to get rid of that busted milestones (as discussed
with harish on irc)

I too authenticate to my LDAP server using GSSAPI, so unfortunately I'm unable to use Evolution Contacts. Support in Evolution for GSSAPI authentication to LDAP (like IMAP, SMTP, etc.) will be great! Much thanks - Jack

Is now fixed? Do we have GSSAPI authentication for evolution addressbook?
Comment 5 André Klapper 2021-05-19 11:04:02 UTC
GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/Community/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evolution-data-server/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
