Description of Problem:

Several of our users are accustomed to printing hard copies of e-mails
prior to sending so that they may be reviewed by a supervisor. We would
like them to use Evolution, but they are unable to work as they are
accustomed. Currently (1.5.9x), the only way to print an e-mail that has
not been sent is to save a draft, select the message in the drafts folder
and print. It would be very nice if it was possible to print directly from
the compose window.

1. Start writing new email
2. Try to print before sending
