Description:
The default when sending a message is only to report a delivery failure.
 
In outlook for example one can request the following.  
1. A read receipt
2. A delivery report (or smtp status delivery report)

There is no option to set any of these si we just have the default
behaviour. I imagine it should be possuibel to make this a configurable
item in either composer or global options/settings
