Description Steve 2004-08-17 11:28:25 UTC
Description of Problem:
Calendar application Evolution 1.4.6

Doesn't always show recent changes made to the
calendar (i.e. Newly created appointments may not
be visible, appointments which have moved may not
be visible).

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use evolution normally.
2. Do not shut down workstation after logging out
at the end of each day.
3.

Actual Results:
Newly created appointments not visible -
appointments moved to a new date not visible on
new date.

Expected Results:
Calendar updates should display correctly.

How often does this happen?
Once or twice per week.

Additional Information:
To fix:
1.Close evolution
2.Use Gnome system monitor to end the
evolution-wombat process
3.Restart evolution

The calendar entries are then displayed correctly.

OS:
Slackware 9.1 with 2.4.27 kernel (SMP), dropline
Gnome 2.6.1

assuming that this is a duplicate of bug 255908. please reopen if you
can still reproduce this with any latest version of evolution (2.0/2.
1) - thanks for reporting anyway. :-)
