Charlie invites me to a meeting on, say, thursdays at eleven every week for
two months.

I get eight meeting invitations by email, all dated the same (i.e. the
emails all show up at once, which I guess is what they should do) in my
Calendar IMAP mail folder. I have to accept them individually. I send him
eight RSVPs.

The same is with recurring appointments.

City of Largo Issue.  They UI needs to ask the user if they want to accept this
instance or all instances of the recurring items.

The appointments dont show as single appointments any more.
