The vfolder source type "specific folders only" seems to mean just what it
says, and it doesn't include possible subfolders. This is good.

If there were source type "specific folders and subfolders only", it would
be much easier to add many folders at once, as long as they were subfolders.

I have "LISTS" folder which contains many folders, one for each list I'm
subscribed to. The filtering to folders is done on server-side. Now I need
to add each of the list folder as vfolder sources, which is very boring. :)
