The exchange component lets you drag folders in the folder tree, but
dropping them doesn't actually move them.

It should either work, or it should be fixed to not allow dragging.

Disabled dnd as of now..
Not closing the defect, but moving it to 2.1

Since we do not have a exchange component now. This is no longer valid.
