Description aaron 2004-07-22 17:00:20 UTC
If I haven't set up a location to publish my free/busy info to, selecting
"Publish Free/Busy Information" just fails silently. it should warn me it's
not doing anything and why, and offer to bring up the config tool.
Comment 1 aaron 2004-07-22 19:19:07 UTC
Also, once configured, there's no feedback indicating failure,
improper format, etc. And how do I know where to find the data once
it's been published?
Comment 2 Not Zed 2005-05-12 06:22:29 UTC
shouldn't it just disable the menu if you have no enabled f/b servers set?

"And how do I know where to find the data once it's been published?" - Well,
since it is up to the user to configure exactly where it will be published,
presumably they know already.

Comment 3 Rodrigo Moya 2005-05-12 06:26:08 UTC
Yeah, probably a better idea to disable the menu item.

Comment 6 André Klapper 2006-06-17 22:14:33 UTC
still in 2.7.3. targetting this to 2.7 as this is user-unfriendly and we have a patch. we should at least add a popup window which provide information.
adding srini to CC.
