Description of Problem:
I created a meeting in the Personal calendar for July 14 from 3:30 to 4:00
PM. After saving the meeting I reopened the meeting and changed the start
date to July 15th, the end date was automatically changed the July 15th and
the end time was changed the 4:30 PM.

Expected Results:
End time remains the same
