GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 261079
Please add translator comments for "%s %s" messages in evolution
Last modified: 2013-09-10 13:51:25 UTC
#: calendar/gui/e-alarm-list.c:474 #, c-format msgid "%s %s before the start of the appointment" #: calendar/gui/e-alarm-list.c:477 #, c-format msgid "%s %s after the start of the appointment" #: calendar/gui/e-alarm-list.c:482 #, c-format msgid "%s at the start of the appointment" #: calendar/gui/e-alarm-list.c:491 #, c-format msgid "%s %s before the end of the appointment" #: calendar/gui/e-alarm-list.c:494 #, c-format msgid "%s %s after the end of the appointment" #: calendar/gui/e-alarm-list.c:499 #, c-format msgid "%s at the end of the appointment" These messages ought to have translator comments (see http://developer.gnome.org/doc/tutorials/gnome-i18n/developer.html#use-comments), explaining how the messages will look like and what gets inserted into the %s:es. It's difficult for a translator to know and translate correctly otherwise.
Hans Petter, what's the status on this?

Commmitted the fix in CVS Head.
