Even though http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=97061 prevents
surrounding markup from being removed from the translatable messages where
they don't belong, there really is no need to use different styles of
markup for the same things, thus resulting in unnecessarily duplicated
messages for translation for translators. Please decide on just one style.
