Description of Problem:
Start Evolution -> get a crash notify and the calendar doesn't work

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start Evolution
2. Wait
3. 

Actual Results:
Crash message and no calendar

Expected Results:
No crash message and a workinh calendar

How often does this happen?
Too bloody often

Additional Information:
Even when it doesn't crash it usually fails to give notifcation of
meetings.
