ximian guys:
hmm...is this hardcoded or also part of a xml file?

sven: you are also right. please file a seperate bug about this.
Comment 4 Sven J. 2005-03-17 12:34:54 UTC
is a bug report still wanted on the issue i perceived?

(missing categories dialog box
http://www.sven-tek.de.vu/evo_category_missing.jpg )

i ask because i still use 2.1.5 - is it fixed in newer versions?
Comment 5 André Klapper 2005-03-17 13:01:26 UTC
sven: please file a seperate bug report on this and put insert a link
to it here. thanks.
Comment 6 Sven J. 2005-03-17 14:00:25 UTC
did it, u can find it here:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=273799

There must be an evil guy removing features all the time... 8)

another thing is: where is my automatic name-complete-function? Once
in 2.0.X i remember i was able to write the nickname into the "To:"
Line of a new message and a small window opened offering the known
complete email-adress.
It was much like the bash tab completion and very nice.
Comment 7 André Klapper 2005-03-17 16:05:36 UTC
sven: autocompletion still works for me, better than ever since now i
am also able to chose which email address of a contact i want to use.
check your preferences... :-/
Comment 8 André Klapper 2005-04-26 11:58:23 UTC
still valid in evolution-2.2.2.0.200504141611-0.snap.ximian.10.1, retargetting
to 2.3.
to me this is more than normal priority since it's very user-unfriendly.
