Description:
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set your GNOME theme to "Wasp"

Actual Results:
All buttons in the toolbar at the top have a gray background gradient.
But the "New" button (with a dropdown menu to select what new thing you
want) has a flat gray background.

Expected Results:
"New" button has a nice gradient as every other button
