Description of Problem:
I received an EMail in Evolution. This was an HTML EMail with some links
at the top to anchors a bit further down the email body. When clicking
on that anchors, they don't work.

I'll attach the EMail's source code to this bug after submitting.


Setting qa contact to the default for this product.
   This bug either had no qa contact or an invalid one.

Watch out the text "Jedes Ding hat 2 Seiten". It first occurs inside
of a reference ([a href="#1" ...]...[/a]) and the second time after
the anchor saying ([a name=1][/a]...).

that's not regression, anchors never worked in gtkhtml =>
reschedulling for 2.3
