I'd like to see a contextual menu show when right-clicking on a folder.
This is similar to the contextual menu which shows when you right-click on
a mail - it shows the actions that are also available in the 'Actions' menu.

Similarly the actions for folders in the 'actions' menu that are applicable
should show when right-clicking on a folder.
