Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:
Open an HTML message.
Evolution stops updating the preview pane. It is possible to open messages
only by right clicking on them.
Hiding the preview pane and bringing it back does not change.

This happens always.

Comment 3 Gerardo Marin 2004-04-22 03:41:32 UTC
Works for me in 1.5.7
Please upgrade both Evolution and gtkhtml3.1
Comment 4 Uri David Akavia 2004-04-24 10:48:44 UTC
I have upgraded.
Define work - it takes evolution at least 2 minutes, possibly 3 to
render anything after checking the HTML message.
Should this bug be opened with a lower priority?
Comment 5 Gerardo Marin 2004-04-26 20:46:42 UTC
Tested Both in 1.4.6 and 1.5.7 in RH8, RH9 and SuSE 9 in 2 different
machines (including a pretty slow 350 MHz), that's 6 different tests...
Renders for me in 2-3 seconds and futher rendering of other messages,
both in the same folder and other folders has no noticeable
performance change.
So I'm pretty sure this isn't a generalized Evolution problem but very
probably a local configuration issue.
Comment 6 Gerardo Marin 2004-04-26 22:06:44 UTC
Uhm. A duplicate. Upping priority.

David, not sure what makes difference among systems, it simply works
for me at all times. You maybe want to add yourself to the cc list on
base report...
