Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:
The dates shown in the contact details (birthday/anniversary) don't follow
the locale (LC_TIME, LC_ALL) settings.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. from the shell: export LC_ALL=it_IT.UTF-8
2. start evolution from the same shell
3. open a contact and select the detail tab
4. set an appropriate (day>12) birthday date using the popup: eg. 25 Jan 1975

Actual Results:
The text box contains: 01/25/1975

Expected Results:
The text box should contain 25/01/1975
