When you click into your contacts in card view, and then click focus into
one name it highlights that person, if you then select "Print" only that
one person should print.  Right now, it wants to print everyone, even
though you have only selected one person.

You should have to SelectAll or have none highlighted (as is the case when
you first click into Contacts) for the entire list to print.

This will make contacts work like everything else.  Current highlighted one
should be used as the criteria for whatever function follows.

please correct me (=reopen) if you don't share my opinion, but to me 
this looks like a duplicate of bug 202201.
