GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 254471
Pressing delete key skips a message, ctrl-d doesn't
Last modified: 2013-09-10 14:02:20 UTC
When in the message list, pressing the delete key causes the current message to be deleted, the next message to be skipped, so that the third message is selected. Using ctrl-d though correctly deletes the current message and selects the next one. I am using the snaps from 17 February, this didn't happen in the previous snaps I ran from 13 February.
At first I thought this was a threading issue, but it's not-- this happens regardless of threading or sort method.

I reopened bug 254770 because they're not quite the same bug from what I can tell.
It does seem to work nicely if you select more than one message and press delete. (It marks them as deleted and moves to the next message) So it appears to only be a thing with single messages.
ok, fixed in CVS. the logic to skip to the next message was being run twice.
