It should be possible to set a custom default reply-subject-line (maybe
with a few variables available like 'current subject line', dates etc.).
It's hardcoded to be "Re: ORIGINAL_SUBJECT" but I personally prefer to have
the exact same subject name, hoping that the recipient's mail client either
shows a thread or some icon marking that it's a reply (with the help of the
'Message-ID' and 'In-Reply-To' headers).
