Description of Problem:
You can't navigate to the Click to add a task area by Tab Key

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Invoke your evo
2. Cilck Task folder in Local
3. Press Tab key some times
Actual Results:
After #3,you can't navigate to the "Click to add a task" area
