Description of Problem:
You can't add a master category

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Invoke your evolution
2. create a new contact
3. click categories button
4. Click edit master categories list

Actual Results:
After #4,you can't add a new category by keyboard .

Expected Results:

Seems to work fine here. Can you try with a newer build and, if it
still doesn't work, provide more details? Like, exactly what you're
expecting, and what (doesn't) happen.

cannot reproduce in 2.1.
User can use Ctrl+Tab to switch between "click to add" and the table.
