Description of Problem:
The Tab key isn't availaible in exception frame of Recurrence Tab

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Invoke your evo
2. Create a new appointment
3. Switch to Recurrence Tab
4. Press Tab key some times to focus on the button right of the date text
5. Press Enter key to display a calender
6. Press Tab key sometimes to focus on arrow button 
7. Press Enter key to change month 
 
Actual Results:
After #7,The Tab key isn't available.
