Description of Problem:
Had one POP account setup in Evolution. With the local/personal Inbox
selected I pressed send/receive. Evolution did not update the folder list
for the Inbox. I had to switch folders or click on a different message in
the Inbox before the new messages downloaded from the server were displayed.

Expected Results:
Inbox is updated as soon as the download is complete.
