Description of Problem:
I attempted to send 2 emails which exceeded the exchange servers size
limit. the 2nd email gets hung in the Local Folders - Outbox. Attempts
to delete the second message fail. 

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Send 2 seperate emails larger than the size limit on the exchange
server.
2. 
3. 

Actual Results:
We get an email jam.

Expected Results:
Should be able to delete the pending email in Outbox.

How often does this happen?

Able to delete the mails in Outbox. Tested with Evoltuion 2.5 
Please upgrade to a latest version and reopen if this still happens.
