Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Ensure that a mail account is configured
2. Open Tools -> Settings -> Mail Accounts
3. Click on the email account you are using -> then click 'Edit'
4. In the evolution editor window, make some changes 
   (E.g. Change the full name)
5. Click on the 'Apply' button.

Actual Results:
The Apply buttons remains enabled even after the changes are applied.

Expected Results:
The 'Apply' button must be disabled after the new settings take effect.
