Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. create a new pop account
2. receive message 
3. some new message will be received in Local Inbox.
4. The messages can't be open in new composer.
   And if you watch messages,the evolution will be no response. 

Actual Results:
The messages can't be open in new composer.
   And if you watch messages,the evolution will be no response. 

Expected Results:
The message should be open in new compose,and the evolution should work
correctly.
