Description of Problem:
Create a new appointment in an Exchange calendar and delete the text in the
time field for either the appointment's Start or End times. You can save
the appointment without any errors. Note if you delete the date fields for
either the start or end times you get an error when saving. 

If you save an appointment with a blank start time then the appointment is
created with its start time set to 12:00 AM on the chosen date.

If you save an appointment with a blank end time then the appointment is
created with an end time of 12:00 AM on the selected date. The start time
is modified so that the meeting lenght remains the same. So for an hour
long appointment the start time get changed to 11:00 PM of the previous day.

Expected Results:
When saving appointment with blank times you get an error.
