Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Click Tools->Settings.
2. Click SunONE accounts.
3. Click Tab key to move focus to the Add button.

Actual Results:
It spoke Unknown.

Expected Results:
It should speak the button's name and type.

How often does this happen?
