In "reminder" tab of appointment editor, the drop-down list contains
Display a message
Play a sound
Run a program
Send an Email

The last item (send an Email) is greyed out - so it doesn't seem to be
working. Moreover, it is not documented at all. So what is it? Is it just
unfinished (then better remove it) or is it working for other people but 
something is wrong with my configuration  (then it must be documented)?
