Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:

1) Press 'Alt+A' to activate the 'Actions' menu.
2) Observe that the 'Post New Message' menu item does not have a mnemonic
                                                                          
                                 3) Observe that the 'Post a Reply' menu
item does not have a mnemonic

How often does this happen?
