Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. compose a new message from "New"
2. check "Format"->"HTML"
3. "Insert"->"Table"
4. Operate on the new inserted html table.

Actual Results:
  The table is not editable, can not input anything in the table.
